Oroith choir in the Autumn Music Cycle, San Martin church, Urretxu

San Martin de Tours

Urretxu's Autumn Music Cycle brings the Oroith choir of Ordizia to the church of San Martin de Tours on Sunday evening. The singers come straight from taking part in the Tolosa Choral Contest, one of the best-known choral competitions in the Basque Country, so this is a chance to hear a group in good voice, close to home, with no ticket to buy. The cycle is organised by the town of Urretxu, in the Goierri valley of Gipuzkoa, and the concert is listed as free in several languages including Basque. Arrive a few minutes early to find a pew; sitting alone among neighbours is completely normal at a village concert like this one. «Ciclo Musical de Otoño 2026 de Urretxu: coro Oroith» Starts 19:00, ends about 20:15. Keixpe concert Badiola and Saguxar, Aizpurunea, Urretxu

Aizpurunea Kultur Etxea

On Sunday 29 November, at noon, the Aizpurunea cultural centre in Urretxu in Gipuzkoa hosts a concert in the Keixpe music cycle organised by the cultural association Kalegorrian. The cycle has four concerts, one a month on the last Sunday around midday, in Zumarraga and Urretxu. This time the singer-songwriter and guitarist Xabier Badiola is joined by Saguxar, the stage name of Ane Segurola, whose dream-pop and ambient music is described as a nocturnal animal in broad daylight. If the weather is good the concert takes place in the centre's garden; otherwise it moves to the entrance of the town hall. Entry is free. The page is in Basque. The concert starts at 12:00; the source gives no end time, so we assume it ends at about 13:30. «Keixpe 2026: Xabier Badiola + Saguxar» Starts 12:00, ends about 13:30. Aizpurunea Kultur Etxea

The monthly Keixpe series ends the year with Gori Gori, a music and performance trio of Ainara Gurrutxaga, Ander Fernandez and percussionist Manu Gaign known for psychedelic, electronic live rituals. In good weather it takes place in the garden of the Aizpurunea cultural centre, otherwise under the town hall arcade. It is free, and a Sunday noon concert is an easy way to mix with locals.
