A museum talk with a single speaker is easy to attend alone, and photobook lovers will find plenty to discuss afterwards. Txorinho concert at Altxerri Jazz Club, Donostia / San Sebastián

Altxerri Jazz Club

On Tuesday 1 December the Altxerri Jazz Club, in the old town of Donostia / San Sebastián, at Reina Regente 2, hosts a concert by the band Txorinho. The Kulturklik listing, which takes its information from the club's own website, altxerri.com, names the three musicians: Dom Oliveira on mandolin and cavaquinho, Hugo Silveira on guitar and Daniel Bordonaba on percussion. The cavaquinho is a small four-string instrument, so the trio's sound centres on plucked strings and rhythm in the intimate setting of a jazz club. The entry price is 5 euros, which makes it a very affordable night out in the city centre. The listing is written in Spanish and gives the type of event simply as a concert. Winona Riders psychedelic-rock concert, Dabadaba, Donostia

Dabadaba

On Saturday 27 February 2027 the Argentine band Winona Riders plays at the Dabadaba club in Donostia / San Sebastián, at Mundaiz 8. The Kulturklik listing, taken from the venue's own site, says the band formed in 2018 in the west of Buenos Aires. Its music combines garage rock, psychedelia, noise and post-punk, creating a powerful and experimental sound. It is known for intense, hypnotic live shows and a daring proposal that mixes rock and electronics. The concert starts at 20:30 and the language is Spanish. Tickets cost 15 euros in advance and 18 euros on the day, and the lower price is used here.
