Fred Blin’s clown solo show, Le Carré Blanc, Tinqueux near Reims

On Friday 16 April 2027 at 20:00 Le Carré Blanc, on rue de la Croix Cordier in Tinqueux on the western edge of Reims, presents a solo show by Fred Blin under the title A-t-on toujours raison? He arrives as an odd character in clogs, a crooked Louis XIV wig, clown make-up and a jacket held shut with a coat hanger, and warns from the start that there will be long stretches and plenty of approximations, since the best director dropped him and refused to have his name on the bill. Through this irresistible solo he becomes a tragic hero in drag, sketches a few clumsy dance steps and circus numbers, and keeps stopping to ask the audience things. Full price is 15 euros, with lower rates for loyalty card holders, students and job seekers. It lasts an hour and ten minutes and is recommended from age ten.
