Most people at a coffee rave or morning party arrive alone, because the format is built for it: the dancing starts early, the room is bright, and nobody is waiting for the night to get going. Doors usually open between 06:30 and 10:00 and the floor is busiest in the first hour, so arrive on time rather than late. Stand near the DJ or the edge of the dance floor, where people tend to cluster, and the first song is usually the hardest part. Many series add a short warm-up, a stretch or a hello circle, which gives a natural way to start talking. Most of these events are alcohol optional, with coffee, tea or soft drinks as the main offer, and every card shows the alcohol tag taken from the organiser's page.
